We manufacture all kinds of Mens, Womens, Boys , Girls and Kids categories in knits catering to all Seasons namely Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Our current manufacturing capacity is around 100,000 pcs every month (converted polos) and are in the process of expanding to an additional 100,000 pcs capacity by year 2013.We are equipped to handle order quantities from 600 pcs till 25,000 units / style.

Our basic strength is product development and design. Key to this strength is our strong fabric team and in house design team. Our stringent quality team ensures 100% fabric inspection followed by inline and final inspections add merit in delivering best quality products to the customer.With all this said, strong communication skills from our merchant team and real good follow ups from our Logistics team makes it much more easier for the clients in executing their requirements.

With reference to dealing with data, we are working with one of the latest ERP system “ OMS (Order Management System) “ which links all our supply chain activities PO wise / Client wise right from costing till shipments. This facilitates to monitor & adhere the TNA confirmed to meet the delivery schedules and at the same time offering better control over each order.

Adding to these, our Wifi networking in our complete infrastructure including sewing units and godown, RF (Radio Frequency) tower connectivity between our facilities, CCTV live play and recording in our manufacturing facility makes our tasks much easier and enjoyable to execute.
